This document consists of two memory games tailored for our young learners, providing them with the opportunity to unleash their alphabet sounds and create words with two closed syllables.
 
'Word Split' is a great way for children to practice the skills of decoding words with multiple syllables. During this game, the child will have fun creating both real and nonsense words. In fact, the sillier the words, the more fun to be had!
 
These games are specially designed for small groups of two to three players.
 
Participants will need alphabet sound knowledge and the ability to blend three sounds, as well as knowledge about closed syllables.
