We have designed two additional memory games for young learners, providing them the opportunity to use their alphabet sounds to construct words with two closed syllables.
 
Learning to decode words with multiple syllables can be difficult to master. 'Word Split' offers a quick, fun, and effective way for children to hone their skills. As they build words, the results can be either real or not. In fact, part of the fun of 'Word Split' is in the nonsense words that are created.
 
These games are thoughtfully tailored for small groups of two to three players.
 
Participants should possess a foundation in alphabet sound knowledge, the ability to blend three sounds, and an understanding of closed syllables.
